名詞所有格（Noun's）
名詞所有格表示所屬關系，即表示某物是“誰的”。名詞所有格常見的結構有三種：
一、's所有格
表示有生命的人或動物的名詞所有格，單數(shù)名詞和不以s結尾的復數(shù)名詞一般在詞尾加“'s”，以s結尾的復數(shù)名詞在詞尾只加“'”。
e.g. Kate's cat 凱特的貓
Children's Day 兒童節(jié)
the girls' books 女孩們的書
·We usually add 's to a singular noun to express the idea of belonging.
I would like to take the boys to our school's football field.
·We add ' to a plural noun ending in -s.
The exchange students' homes are in the UK.
·We add 's to plural nouns that do not end in -s.

·We often use 's with names.
Neil's mother is calling him from the UK.
Note:
1、若兩人共有某物，用A and B's
e.g. Mrs. King is Lucy and Lily's mother.
2、若兩人分別擁有某物，用A's and B's
e.g. These are Lucy's and Lily's beds.
Presents for the students
The students have some presents for the exchange students, but their things got mixed up. Mr Wu is asking Amy which things belong to which people. Help Amy complete the answers.
1. Whose postcards are these?
They're Millie's.
2. Whose cap is this?
It's Daniel's.

【擴展】二、of所有格
1）無生命事物名詞的所屬關系，—般常用“of+名詞”來表示，即of所有格。如：
a map of China 一幅中國地圖，
the legs of the table 桌子的腿
2）of所有格與's所有格有時可以互換，不過要注意它們物主的位置不同。如：
貓的名字是咪咪。
The name of the cat is Mimi.
(of結構，物主the cat在后)
The cat's name is Mimi.
('s結構，物主the cat在前)
特殊所有格（to的所有格〈一般有唯一性〉）
1、門的鑰匙：the key to the door
2、問題的答案：the answer to the question
3、去公園的路：the way to the park
Possessive adjectives and pronouns
We use possessive adjectives and pronouns to express the idea of belonging.
There are lots of nice shops in our town.
An old friend of mine is coming to see me.
That is your T-shirt.
It's yours(your T-shirt).
It belongs to you.
Those are our books.
They are ours(our books).
They belong to us.
-- Is this your coat?
-- No, it's not mine. Mine is blue. This coat is red.
-- Whose is it?
-- I think it's Millie's(Millie's coat). It's hers.
-- Thank you all the same.

·形容詞性物主代詞：
位于名詞前，用作定語，限定該名詞的意義。如：my pen，your ruler
·名詞性物主代詞：
在句中充當主語，賓語或表語相當于“形容詞性物主代詞+名詞”，后面不能再跟名詞。
如：This pen is mine.
速記口訣：形物代詞能力差，自己不能來當家。句子當中做定語，后面要把名詞加。名物代詞能力強，自己獨來又獨往。
使用名詞性物主代詞應注意：
1、Mine=my book，以免名詞重復。
2、名詞性物主代詞后不能再接名詞。
3、名詞性物主代詞作主語時，謂語動詞的單、復數(shù)與它所代的名詞有關。
4、“of+名詞性物主代詞”表示許多中的一個。
用適當?shù)拇~完成句子。
