是用來表示動作頻率的，即在一定的時間動作重復(fù)發(fā)生或狀態(tài)重復(fù)出現(xiàn)的次數(shù)。
常見“頻度副詞”

頻率副詞的意義
1.always意為“總是”“一直”它所表示的頻度最高相當(dāng)于all the time
Tom is always late for school.湯姆上學(xué)總遲到。
2.usually意為“通常”在一般情況下做某事很例外的意思，傾向于一種習(xí)慣。
We usually go shopping on Sundays.我們周日通常去購物。
3.often意為“經(jīng)常”它表示的頻率不及usually用來表示動作重復(fù)中間有間斷。
We often have supper at home.我們經(jīng)常在家吃晚飯。
4.sometimes意為“有時”
它可以放在句中，也可以放在句首或句末。
She sometimes walks along the river.她有時候沿著河邊散步。
Sometimes I don't like to work because I feel too tired.
有時候我不想去工作因為我感到太累了。
5.hardly ever意為“幾乎不”
She hardly ever watches TV.她幾乎不怎么看電視。
6.never所表示頻率最低，它所表示的否定意義意為“根本不，從未”。
He has never been to Beijing.他從未去過北京。
